Our baseball jersey was designed from the ground up as an ode to the classic game. Navy pinstripes run the length of a cream body, finished with navy piping along the placket and neckline. SEASIDE® is embroidered across the chest in Americana. Bud the Dachshund sits at the chest in navy silhouette. On the back, an embroidered 81, a nod to 1981, the year Seaside, Florida began.
The fabric was chosen with intention. Rather than a modern moisture-wicking athletic knit, we selected a material and construction that honor the heritage of the sport: substantial, breathable, and built to age well. The silhouette follows suit, cut to the proportions of a traditional baseball jersey, with the relaxed length and easy drape the original design calls for.
Wear it buttoned and tucked for a more tailored look, or open and oversized over a tee. Both are right. That's the beauty of a classic.
