*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 30 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Processing Times

Standard, Economy: Orders typically ship within 48 hours.

Orders placed during times of increased volume will generally ship in 7-10 business days.

We are unable to deliver packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing times depend on product availability and credit card verification. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Orders placed before 8 AM CT Monday – Friday typically ship that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 8 AM CT Monday – Friday will ship the next business day (excluding holidays).
